Advanced Negotiations
The advanced negotiations course approach goes well beyond teaching the fundamentals of negotiations. By incorporating topics such as elicitation and personality profiling, students gain additional tools to enhance their negotiations skills. Each topic is presented academically and exercised in specific training modules in and out of the class. The instruction on the principles and practices of mediation and negotiations, coupled with these additional people-influencing skills enhance the students’ effectiveness as negotiators.

Countering Elicitation
Eliciting the information that you want and need and protecting sensitive or proprietary information are critical to the success of professionals and their companies. Attendees will learn to utilize the Conversational Hourglass, specific elicitation approaches and elicitation techniques for successful information gathering. Students will learn how to select these approaches as well as how to deflect them.

This highly interactive class demonstrates the principles, tools, techniques, and approaches associated with eliciting the information in nonthreatening, cooperative methods.

Crisis Management
This training introduces the concepts of personality preferences and orientations as they directly relate to communications, interactions, influence strategies and decision making upon negotiations. The instruction allows students to gain an appreciation of how their own personality preferences operate in relation to those of the individuals, with whom they will be negotiating and gain an understanding of the other person’s communication styles and preferences.
